Second,Consinee carry out four-step quality control method during production.1,Selective testing in each of procedure, combing net, wool top, yarn spindle, winding and doubling.2,Selective testing for each lot in yarn count difference,strength,twist,evenness.3,Selective testing for each lot in color fastness,pilling-resistance,evenness,CV value.4,General assessment on each lot finished yarn on the basis of Consinee internal quality control standard.
